Refunds
Cash refunds over $150 will be issued by company check.
Credit card and debit card refunds over $1,500 will be issued by company check.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
Special order items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed with the manufacturer or supplier.

To be eligible for a return:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date.
All returned items are subject to inspection before a return or refund is approved.
Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Cabinet Exchanges
Cabinet exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Cabinets must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
Cabinets that have been modified, cut, drilled, painted, installed, assembled (if applicable), or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes cabinets with holes drilled for handles, knobs, plumbing, electrical work, or any other modifications.

Quartz slabs and stone materials

Cabinet handles and hardware

Cabinets that have been modified, drilled, cut, assembled, installed, or damaged
